Lee Rhiannon on ABC Newcastle discusses termination of the Contracts for Closure program

Yesterday the government called off negotiations with five companies to close down high-emitting power stations. Christine Milne said the termination of the Contracts for Closure program represents a breach of trust on the part of the government and a short-sighted failure to negotiate in good faith on the part of both the government and the coal generators. Lee discussed the implications for climate change on ABC Newcastle's Breakfast program.
