Greens Senator Lee Rhiannon, whilst a NSW MP, helped establish a parliamentary inquiry into the NSW taxi industry. The draft findings of Allan Fels inquiry in to the Victorian taxi industry, released today, recommend sweeping reform. Lee talks about her experience of the obstacles to reforming the taxi industry in NSW, including the close relationship Cabcharge had cultivated with political decision-makers.
